Cancellation Policy

To ensure all our clients and their dogs have fair access to our services, please consider our cancellation policy:

Group Classes: 

Our fixed-term programs operate at full capacity with scheduled start dates. For this reason, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up. Please ensure that you or a nominated family member is able to attend every session before completing your booking.

Private Lessons:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any training session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or text message during business hours.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request your cooperation in notifying us at your earliest convenience.
